By making a purchase from us, you agree to abide by this Returns and Refunds Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the product. To initiate the return process, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for the return or exchange of the item if deemed damaged or defective.
Please note our items are handmade and that some ‘imperfections’ are inherent to the product and/or part of their character (eg raw frayed fabric edges, inconsistent stitching or patterning, etc).
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and we may provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item’s return.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Please make sure to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and images before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before placing your order. We want you to be confident in your purchase decision.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow five (5) business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.
Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
